Upgrades to your services are available to enhance your therapeutic experience.

Essential oils can be added to any service by either their application or by aromatherapy (via diffuser or cotton ball for you to hold and smell as you prefer).

Prices start at $5 for aromatherapy and $10 for application. of oils during services.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Equine Sports Massage is great for your equine athlete to keep them performing all season long. Great for every class and age of horse.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Chair Massage is geared towards barn clients. 

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

$15/15 min, $30/30 min, $45/45 min, and $60/60 min specifics

For one specific area such as hands or feet, back, leg, neck

Facial Massage is a great way help your sinuses, rejuvinate & cleanse your skin, and to relax. Use our great products or bring your own. Great for men as well. 

Can be done with just regular massage gel or creme. $20 seesion lasts about 20 minutes.

Rejuvinating, Clear, or Age Defying product $45 lasts about 45 min

We also offer Honey with our Facial Massage. Great for acne and blemishes due to the antibacterial properties. ($50 and will last about 60 min)

***This is not a spa type facial. This is a full Facial Massage with added product. Please come with make-up already removed.

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

I offer this for both human and equine. Preparation is needed for the stones so please, when making an appointment, specifically request this therapy.

Cryo Therapy also known as Ice Therapy, is a great way to help musculoskeletal injuries, decrease pain/swelling/inflammation, ligament sprains, muscle strains, and more. 

Can be used for both Acute & Chronic issues

Ice Massage acts as an analgesic or pain - reliever by restricting blood flow and creating numbness.

Great for detoxing, alkalinizing, moisturizing, balancing energy and meridian levels, releasing tight muscles, and relaxation. Can help reduce insomnia and Blood pressure.

Let your feet soak for 10 minutes in a nice, warm, salt bath. 

Choose from either Epsom Salts or Pink Hymalayan Salt.

Great for relaxation, helps circulation, foot issues due to diabetes, disinfectant, and antibacterial.

Hand & Foot Scrubs are great way to relax and exfoliate the skin. Either bring in your own scrub or choose from either a Himalayan Salt Scrub or a Coffee Bean Scrub. 

Session lasts about 25-35 minutes

Balancing is very different than Chiropractic care. I work in the muscle to relieve muscle tension and help to get the muscle in the correct postion.

Raindrop Therapy is used to bring harmony to you or your horses body by using essential oils. This therapy can help with sore muscles, allergies, reduce anxiety, aid healing, strain injuries, GI upset, repel insects, focus, encourage fluid intake, etc.

Nutriment balancing is where I test your body for what nutriments it wants and how much. Easy, noninvasive, and painless. Just bring the supplement youre wanting tested with you to your appointment.
